- 1 / 5By AlyssaWe had a wonderful time at Top of the Rock, but our good time was quickly cut to an end when we stepped into Arnies. We were there over 2 hours for a group of two. The menu is very very limited. Both of our meals were very bland. The wait staff was awful - didn't receive multiple items we asked for and one of our orders was wrong. I never leave reviews for restaurants but this awful experience deserved to be shared. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.August 22, 2016
